Tony Smith
BBus(Acc), FIPA
Tony began his career with Smith O’Shannessy in 1984, becoming a partner in the business in 1999. Tony has extensive knowledge in taxation, GST and business advising. Tony prides himself on providing his clients with practical, easy to understand business and taxation advice which ensures his clients continue to run sustainable and profitable businesses. Tony also prides himself on being able to provide humour throughout the day at Smith Dosser.
Vicki Dosser
BBus, FIPA
Vicki worked in taxation and management accounting roles around Australia, including running her own practice in Perth for 9 years, before joining the business in 2001. Vicki has extensive experience in all aspects of taxation, management accounting, Self Managed Super Funds and business management which makes her a very valuable advisor and mentor for her clients. Vicki is from the pioneer Handcock family of hop growers in Myrrhee district and loves nothing more than spending time working in her garden on the family property.
Fiona Rial
BFinAdmin, GradDipBus, FIPA
Fiona joined Smith Dosser in 2006 and excels at financial reporting and compliance tax work for clients, as well as preparing grant applications, drought management plans and much more. She is a Xero certified advisor. After university, Fiona travelled the globe for 4 years, working for a time at Harrods in London where she once served Ginger Rogers and Michael Caine! She enjoys the people aspect of her job, helping people on their business journey and loves nothing more than all the accounts to balance. Can be found hiking up hills on a Friday night for fun!!!
Jacki Hammond
BBus, DipAcc
Before joining Smith Dosser, Jacki had a background in bookkeeping and hospitality. She enjoys helping clients to understand their accounting software and is enthusiastic about the online advancements in the industry. When not working she can be found attempting to help hubby on the family farm and loves spending time with her two daughters, family and friends. Enjoys the outdoors and a glass of wine or two!
Katie McKenzie

Katie joined Smith Dosser in 2022. Katie brings with her 17 years of experience practising as an accountant in Shepparton & Perth. Katie has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of taxation, management accounting, self-managed super funds & quarterly compliance. Katie has managed & worked firsthand in her own small business & fully appreciates the highs & lows that comes with this. Katie is passionate about working with clients to understand their business. To take on the challenges & maximise their growth. Katie loves nothing more than spending time with her family & friends.
Kerrilyn Arendt
The person behind reception …. managing the administration part of the business and keeping everything running smoothly. Kerrilyn really enjoys the social culture at Smith Dosser and says it’s easy to come to work with such a great team of people. She has a HUGE passion for cricket and hopes to get to “Lords” one day!
Louise Armstrong

Lou takes care of ASIC compliance for clients, Owners Corporations and IT support. She has a strong background in business management and when not at Smith Dosser can be found managing the family farm and accommodation business, wrangling grandchildren or preparing for her next hiking trip.
Ava Saunders
After finishing her secondary studies in 2021, Ava joined Smith Dosser in December 2021. She’s enjoying being part of the Smith Dosser team and is currently completing a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Ava is great at customer service and likes helping clients and the accountants to ensure the practice runs smoothly. Outside of the office Ava enjoys hanging with her friends, going to the gym and enjoying the outdoors.
